What's new in IM Collector 1.1?

The .imc file extension is associated with IM Collector application now. This means that double clicking your collection in Windows Explorer will open it with IM Collector. Also you can put the shortcut to your collection file on Windows desktop for faster access to your music database. It's very convenient, we really use it.
The Properties window is available for media, artists, albums, and tracks in the results list of Media Scanner. Use the Properties item from the context menu of the corresponding object to show this window.
Navigator: use shortcut key F11 to switch between an object selected in the list and its details in the corresponding navigation group. This key is also functioning in Media Scanner.
We have added a possibility to customize file mask used during associating album tracks with audio files in the Associate Album Wizard. Use the "..." button on the right side of the folder combo box for this purpose.
The name of new medium is generated automatically during the process of associating album with medium. However, you are still able to change this name as you wish on the corresponding step of the Associate Album Wizard.
Album cover thumbnails do not stretch their images to square shape anymore. This means that you can use images of any size as album covers, not just the square ones (DVD covers are OK).
Basket did not empty its contents when music collection is closed. Now it does.
An extended playlist includes an artist name for each track it contains.
Tracks are played in order they are selected in Navigator.
The navigation using Back/Forward toolbar buttons did not work properly in Media Scanner. Now it is fixed.
Fixed bug concerning incorrect naming the file copied with the Copy tracks to local folder function if the corresponding track name contained the dot character.
It was impossible to rename items of the Object tree in some case. Now it is fixed.
Fixed bug concerning duplicating genres, labels, and some other values in the corresponding drop-down boxes.
Several small improvements have been made and minor bugs have been fixed.
