We are happy to announce the release of IM Collector 1.29, the next version of handy music organizer for Windows. The latest version of IM Collector is always available at IM Collector download page.

What's new in IM Collector 1.29?

We have updated the installation package with a new help system containing the answers to the most important how-to-use questions. Help system is available through the Help | Contents menu item or by pressing F1.
A drop-down menu of the Scan CD-ROM Drives and Scan Hard Drives toolbar button contains the Show All Drives... item now. Click this item to select any drive installed in your system to scan it for music files.
The New Album menu item appears in the context menu at any level of Navigator, not only at the album level. The same refers to the New Medium menu item as well.
You can pick a selection of tracks as Thumb Up or Thumb Down, not only a single track as it was before.
The Album Grouping window (View | Album Grouping | Custom...) allows you to change the order of grouping levels using drag and drop operations in the Current Items list. The same refers to the Media Grouping window as well.
Collection files always were created with names in upper case. Now it is fixed.
Fixed bug concerning a temporary hang-up of the application when the context menu appears in Basket.
Playlist for an album that contains a colon in its name was not exported properly. Now it is fixed.
Fixed bug concerning an attempt to backup a collection file that does not actually exist.
Several small improvements have been made and minor bugs have been fixed.
