Metropolis pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory (1999)Dream TheaterProgressive Metal Being my favorite Dream Theater's album, "Scenes from a Memory" is undoubtedly unsurpassed masterpiece of progressive metal. This conceptual album reveals the talents of all Dream Theater musicians in full, and I especially like how Jordan Rudess, a new keyboardist of Dream Theater, performs his prolonged solos all over the album. |
